KTS maintains a complete service department responsible for troubleshooting, small installations and other cable / equipment moves / system changes. All MAC Technicians and service vans are trained and ready for quick response and installations, while continuing the quality of installation standards for which we are recognized in the industry. The technicians are dispatched from our facility and carry all the necessary material and testing equipment typically required for small projects.
